CVHS Announces Summer Concerts at the Gazebo Schedule
The Conyngham Valley Historical Society is happy to announce its “Summer Concerts at the Gazebo” schedule.
The first concert on June 23rd will feature Cindie Gunderman performing music from the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s.
On July 21st, Tony Angelo will be at the Gazebo performing oldies tunes from the 50’s, 60 & 70’s.
On July 28th the St. Ann’s Band will be on stage performing a wide variety of tunes including oldies, show tunes and marches.
On August 11th, the popular duo, “The Two of Us”, will be performing music from golden oldies to more recent tunes.
The Gazebo is located on the grounds of the Conyngham Borough Building at 215 Main Street. All concerts will begin at 6 PM and are free and open to the public. Restroom facilities will be available. Please bring a blanket or chair and prepare to enjoy an evening of great entertainment. A "free will" collection will be taken to help defray the costs.
Join us for our annual Mother's Day Afternoon Tea on Sunday, May 5, at 2 p.m. at the Conyngham Borough Building (215 Main Street in Conyngham).
The Conyngham Valley Historical Society proudly announces its Vintage Christmas House Tour on Sunday, December 3, from 1:00 to 4:00pm. There are five venues on the tour; tickets are available for $10.00 at Goulds Supermarket, Fellins’. Jewelry Store, Diane’s Beauty Shop, and the Conyngham Borough Building. Light refreshments, small gift items, handmade ornaments, and a tricky tray raffle will be available at the Conyngham Borough Building from 1:00 to 5:00pm. The following venues are included:
